What you will need
-1 package of chicken tenders
-4 whole wheat tortillas
-1/2 cup crumbled feta
-10 diced cherry tomatoes
Directions
Step 1: First marinate your chicken tenders for a minimum of 30 minutes. I like to use kraft fat free zesty italian dressing as a quick and easy low fat marinade!
Step 2: Cut your chicken into chunks like below, then dice your cherry tomatoes into small pieces
Step 3: Place the chicken, tomatoes, and feta in the middle of the tortilla like below. Wrap the tortilla as tight as you can get it
Step 4: Place both tortillas once rolled in a skillet or on a griddle. Make sure you roll the tortilla to wear it browns a bit on each side. Needs to cook for 4-5 minutes!
Now you have your finished product! Cut into two and serve with salsa for dipping!
